- New Product Supply Chain launch management including time to market, time to volume, and time to quality by driving cross-functions
incorporation.
- Lead KSA site readiness for new product introduction. Supply chain new product launch E2E focal for KSA.
- New product project management, Forecast, planning, capacity coordination.
- Co-work with BU/MDSC/LME in proper risk control and mitigation plan to ensure new products are smoothly launched.
- Supply chain E2E material readiness management. Develops WW Manufacturing build plan supply commit for new product pilot, ramp,
and smart launch phase.
- Management and owner of MFG Readiness Review including the pilot, ramp, ok2s, SLE, and other key checkpoints/milestones of new
product launch.
- ODM Copy tooling and HSG supply management
- Supply chain rep in Corporation Product Committee.
- Proactive project risk control and communication management
