Duties & Responsibilities

Respond to customer queries in a timely manner and professional.
Assist customers in the online purchasing process, from choosing the product product until the order is completed.
Provide detailed information on features, specifications and product availability.
Handle real-time interactions via chat and WhatsApp.
Respond to emails with detailed and personalized solutions.
Provide telephone assistance in cases that require a more direct approach.
Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, logistics, sales, etc.) to ensure the correct management of orders and returns.
Report incidents or suggestions for improvement based on feedback from the customers
Job Experience
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the e-commerce or bath/luxury products.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work efficiently with online support tools (chat software, CRM, etc.) and Office suite (mainly Excel).
Customer orientation and focus on service excellence.
High organizational capacity and attention to detail.
