Administrative Assistant (Egyptian Candidates Only)
We are hiring an Administrative Assistant to support our team in Dukhan. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and have experience in providing administrative support. This is a contract position with a monthly salary of $1300.
Responsibilities:
– Provide general administrative support such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
– Manage the office calendar and schedule appointments.
– Coordinate meetings and take meeting minutes.
– Respond to emails and phone calls in a professional manner.
– Assist in preparing reports and presentations.
– Handle office expenses and maintain inventory of supplies.
– Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
– Egyptian nationality is a must.
– Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
– Proven work experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
– Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
– Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
– Strong communication and organizational skills.
