  • Lead and manage end-to-end storage projects focused on PScale, ECS, and Data Domain storage solutions for enterprise client in Riyadh, KSA.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain scalable storage and virtualization architectures.
  • Analyze client requirements and assess existing infrastructures to propose optimal storage and virtualization strategies.
  • Configure, test, and validate migration and deployment processes to ensure seamless transitions with minimal operational disruption.
  • Provide technical guidance and hands‑on support throughout the project lifecycle, including documentation and knowledge transfer.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of deployed environments, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Work closely with support teams to ensure smooth post‑deployment operations and resolve escalated technical cases.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Service Delivery Engineer or similar technical role.
  • Proven expertise in PScale, ECS, and Data Domain storage and virtualization technologies.
  • Experience managing complex storage and virtualization deployment/migration projects in enterprise environments.
  • Strong skills in configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining storage and virtualized infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross‑functional teams.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Willingness and ability to work onsite in Riyadh, KSA.
