About the opportunity
Role Summary
This role will focus on the experience and engagement of the talabat riders in Qatar. Working closely with the regional logistics engagement team, we aim to drive engagement and provide a great experience for the riders. In this role, you will work extensively with riders and various stakeholders, analyzing data and building insights to improve the rider experience.
What’s On Your Plate?
The role involves managing rider engagement activities through projects such as social events, sporting events, performance management, cultural change, and corporate responsibility.
Utilize rider feedback to inform and update engagement activities, including internally generated feedback.
Analyze rider data (e.g., survey results, labor turnover) to identify patterns, shape engagement strategies, and evaluate success.
Build relationships across the business to understand and meet rider engagement needs, providing high internal customer service. Collaborate with rider managers, 3PLs, and line colleagues to reduce churn and meet engagement goals.
Work with Delivery Hero and other regions to share learnings and best practices.
Develop partnerships in various markets to benefit riders and foster valuable collaborations.
What you need to be successful
Completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
Preferably 2+ years of experience in high-growth startups, tech companies, consulting, or investment banking.
Strong skills in Excel and data management.
Knowledge of SQL, Tableau, and Looker is a plus.
Proactive, adaptable, and open to change.
Willing to challenge the status quo when necessary.
Team-oriented with a good cultural fit.
Results-driven with a proactive attitude to overcome obstacles.
