Sr. Specialist Marketing – Groceries Jobs in Doha, Qatar at talabat
Work closely with the Country Director of Marketing, Vertical Marketing Specialist, and Social Media team to develop marketing campaigns that support Qatar’s growth targets.
Support the development and lead the execution of 360-degree integrated and CRM campaigns to meet performance objectives (acquisitions/orders) and brand objectives (awareness, preference, affinity).
Make data-driven decisions to select the appropriate channel mix strategy and target audience to achieve campaign goals.
Ensure proper campaign go-to-market processes and act as the project manager and owner of new campaigns, coordinating all marketing channels and ensuring timely delivery by all functional teams.
Build and execute CRM campaigns, continuously A/B testing different scenarios to identify the most effective strategies for each segment.
Track campaign results and report daily performance and spending to control the budget and improve country performance.
Collaborate with the Product team to utilize best practices for app and web platforms, enhancing conversion rates across the funnel.
Monitor weekly expenses to ensure all costs are accounted for, run rates align with targets, and optimize spending accordingly.
Establish a demand estimation process aligned with logistics (T-4 weeks before campaign launch).
Analyze and demonstrate the effectiveness, incrementality, and ROI of campaigns and tactics to inform future strategies.
Understand customer behavior through deep dives, customer feedback, focus groups, and sales insights to develop actionable insights.
Create performance review decks to update management on campaign performance and team achievements.
What are the minimum requirements?
Years of experience in consumer marketing, e-commerce, online services, or related fields with a proven record of delivering measurable results.
Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and swift execution capabilities.
Ownership Skills: A highly motivated and proactive individual willing to go the extra mile to drive results.
Experience in campaign management, preferably CRM/CVM in an e-commerce environment.
Ability to prioritize tasks, communicate expectations clearly, and collaborate effectively to complete projects.
