Job Title: Site Supervisor – Aluminum and Glazing
Must have UAE Driving License
Reports To: Project Manager / Construction Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Site Supervisor – Aluminum and Glazing to manage on-site operations and oversee the installation of aluminum and glazing systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in aluminum and glazing projects, strong leadership abilities, and a keen eye for detail. This role ensures that all installation activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
On-Site Supervision: Oversee and manage all aluminum and glazing installation activities on the job site. Ensure that work is being completed according to the approved drawings, design specifications, and project timelines.
Team Management: Supervise a team of installers, subcontractors, and laborers. Provide guidance and direction to ensure high-quality workmanship and on-time project delivery.
Quality Control: Monitor the installation process to ensure that the aluminum and glazing systems meet the required quality standards. Inspect materials and finished work for compliance with design specifications.
Safety Management: Enforce all safety protocols on-site and ensure that workers comply with safety regulations. Conduct daily safety briefings and maintain a safe working environment.
Schedule Management: Ensure that the project stays on track by monitoring daily progress, adjusting workflows, and resolving any issues that may delay project timelines.
Materials Management: Coordinate the delivery and handling of materials to the site. Ensure that all materials are stored properly and are readily available for installation.
Client & Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, architects, and other stakeholders on-site. Provide regular updates on project status, challenges, and milestones.
Problem Solving: Address any technical or logistical challenges that arise during installation. Troubleshoot and find solutions to keep the project moving forward.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain daily logs of activities, materials used, and any issues encountered. Provide regular reports to the project manager or construction manager on progress, labor hours, and site conditions.
Training & Development: Assist in training new staff or subcontractors on proper installation techniques and safety standards. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Qualifications:Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent; a technical certification or degree in construction or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the installation of aluminum and glazing systems.
Proven experience in supervising teams on construction sites, specifically for aluminum and glazing projects.
Familiarity with architectural drawings, glazing systems, and the tools and equipment used in the aluminum and glazing industry.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of aluminum and glazing installation methods, materials, and systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications.
Proficiency in using construction tools and equipment related to aluminum and glazing work.
Basic understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards specific to aluminum and glazing systems.

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
