Position: Sr. Sales Engineer – Oil & Gas alfanar Electric

Maximize project sales by identifying sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering competitive technical commercial solutions. Act as a key contributor to revenue growth and market expansion by aligning customer needs with alfanar’s product and service offerings.

Key Accountability Areas Sales Development & Execution

  • Identify and pursue new project sales opportunities aligned with sales targets.
  • Prepare and present tailored technical and commercial proposals.
  • Negotiate and close deals in coordination with internal teams.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build long term relationships with key decision makers and influencers.
  • Conduct regular meetings and follow ups to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by offering value driven solutions.

Competitor Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track competitor activities and market movements.
  • Share insights with sales management to support strategic planning.

Market Presence & Technical Support

  • Organize technical meetings and seminars to promote alfanar’s solutions.
  • Provide technical support to enhance brand visibility and customer confidence.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.

Reporting & Customer Management

  • Submit timely reports on sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Manage customer relationships with professionalism and responsiveness.

Data Management & Forecasting

  • Ensure reliable sales forecasts to support inventory and financial planning.

Role Accountability HR Proficiency

  • Ability to obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the job.

Delivery

  • Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
  • Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.

Qualifications

Academic

Qualification:

Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or any relevant field.

Work Experience:

4 to 6 Years.
