Maximize project sales by identifying sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering competitive technical commercial solutions. Act as a key contributor to revenue growth and market expansion by aligning customer needs with alfanar’s product and service offerings.
Key Accountability Areas Sales Development & Execution
- Identify and pursue new project sales opportunities aligned with sales targets.
- Prepare and present tailored technical and commercial proposals.
- Negotiate and close deals in coordination with internal teams.
Client Relationship Management
- Build long term relationships with key decision makers and influencers.
- Conduct regular meetings and follow ups to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Act as a trusted advisor by offering value driven solutions.
Competitor Monitoring & Reporting
- Track competitor activities and market movements.
- Share insights with sales management to support strategic planning.
Market Presence & Technical Support
- Organize technical meetings and seminars to promote alfanar’s solutions.
- Provide technical support to enhance brand visibility and customer confidence.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
Reporting & Customer Management
- Submit timely reports on sales activities and customer interactions.
- Manage customer relationships with professionalism and responsiveness.
Data Management & Forecasting
- Ensure reliable sales forecasts to support inventory and financial planning.

- Ability to obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the job.

- Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.

Qualifications
Academic
Qualification:
Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or any relevant field.
