**Job Description:**
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Immigration / Sales Consultant who can speak Nepalii, Hindi, English,to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in immigration or sales and will play a key role in assisting clients with their immigration needs, providing guidance, and helping them achieve their goals. **Key Responsibilities:**
– Provide expert advice on immigration options and procedures to clients.
– Understand clients’ needs and guide them through the immigration process.
– Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
– Meet sales targets by promoting immigration services and solutions.
– Process client inquiries, applications, and documentation accurately and on time.
– Follow up with potential clients and maintain communication to ensure ongoing client engagement.
– Work with the team to streamline processes and improve overall client experience.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest immigration regulations and sales strategies.
**Required Skills & Qualifications:**
– Previous experience in immigration services or sales is essential.
– Fluency in NepaliI (spoken and written) is required.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
– Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
– Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
– Knowledge of immigration laws and procedures is a plus.
