Overview:

This role is responsible for managing and growing strategic accounts within Saudi Aramco and the

broader Oil & Gas sector under the DBS portfolio. The Sr. Sales Account expert oversees the full sales lifecycle, developing account strategies, engaging with key stakeholders, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. The role plays a key part in achieving sales targets,

maintaining long-term client relationships, and contributing to the overall commercial success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full sales cycle for assigned strategic accounts, from opportunity identification
  • through deal closure.
  • Develop account plans and growth strategies aligned with client needs and business
  • objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders at various levels.
  • Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities across DBS products and
  • services.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and service teams to ensure alignment and successful
  • solution delivery.
  • Support the preparation of RFP/RFI responses, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Track sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline updates using CRM tools.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, client updates, and competitive positioning.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in in Business, Sales, or Engineering., or a related field.

Experience:

  • 10-14 years of experience in enterprise sales or strategic account management.
  • Experience working with Oil & Gas clients or within complex B2B environments is a plus.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Fluency in Arabic.
  • Familiarity with Saudi Aramco’s procurement and contracting procedures is highly preferred.
