Responsibilities
• Lead cybersecurity and BCM projects aligned with SAMA regulations.
• Manage enterprise BCM programs including BIA, BCP, and DRP.
• Coordinate disaster recovery exercises and testing activities.
• Oversee project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Manage stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Track risks, issues, and mitigation plans across projects.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 22301 and relevant standards.
• Manage vendors and external partners.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Strong knowledge of BCM and DR frameworks.
• Experience in SAMA CSF implementation.
• Excellent stakeholder and risk management skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, ISO 22301, CISM.
