A renowned retail organization in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale retail development, store expansion, fit-out, and capital projects across the Kingdom. The candidate will be responsible for managing projects from concept through completion, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, quality, and schedule requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- esLead end-to-end delivery of retail development, store rollout, renovation, and fit-out project
- s.Manage project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and stakeholder coordinatio
- n.Oversee consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal project team
- s.Ensure compliance with company standards, local regulations, HSE requirements, and quality benchmark
- s.Monitor project risks, variations, and change management processe
- s.Drive timely project execution while maintaining cost efficiency and operational excellenc
- e.Prepare project reports and present updates to senior managemen
- t.Support strategic expansion initiatives and capital investment program
Requirements
- ts Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related fiel
- d.10+ years of project management experience, preferably within retail, commercial, mixed-use, or real estate development project
- s.Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneousl
- y.Strong knowledge of fit-out, construction, design coordination, and project control
- s.Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skill
- s.PMP certification preferre
- d.Experience working in the GCC, preferably in Saudi Arabi
