Technical Qualification :
At least 8 years of experience as a project manager handling IT and cybersecurity projects.
Technical knowledge and familiarity with information technology and cybersecurity are essential.
Good understanding of relevant technologies and systems.
Effective communication skills for interacting with project teams, stakeholders, and executives.
General Description of Role and Responsibilities :
Communicate regularly with the Client’s representatives regarding project progress and concerns.
Use project management tools effectively.
Participate in planning and formulation of design alternatives and solutions; provide estimates, feasibility studies, and cost estimates; coordinate the production of design plans and documents.
Develop and administer project budgets, contracts, and quality controls; perform cost estimating and value engineering.
Review and interpret designs, drawings, and specifications; advise on revisions to meet requirements.
Ensure project operations follow design specifications and client requirements.
Establish performance and delivery criteria; prepare project specifications; coordinate procurement.
Authorize contracts, purchase orders, change orders, and approve contractor invoices.
Manage work sequencing to expedite delivery and minimize operational disruptions.
Inspect and approve completed projects for conformance with standards and codes.
Represent the institution in dealings with clients, consultants, contractors, and agencies.
Research and prepare reports on operations, equipment, policies, and issues.
Upload project reports upon completion, including project name and client.
Oversee master planning, design, cost, and time estimates.
Monitor consultant and contractor performance.
Maintain awareness of relevant policies and ensure compliance.
Perform other duties as assigned.
