Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Project Manager to
join our dynamic team
at Arrowhead Consulting. The Senior Project Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeingmultiple federal government contracts, ensuring successful projectdelivery within specified parameters. This position will reportdirectly to the Company Owners and will be located in a hybridsetting in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Responsibilities:
Lead and manage 10-20federal government contracts concurrently, ensuring adherence tocontract requirements, budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets inalignment with client expectations and organizational goals.
Collaborate with
cross-functional teams
, including stakeholders,subject matter experts, and vendors, to drive project success andmitigate risks. Monitor project progress, identify potentialissues, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
Conduct regular project status meetings and prepare comprehensivereports for senior federal management, providing updates on projectperformance, risks, and milestones. Foster strong relationshipswith clients and stakeholders, serving as the primary point ofcontact for project-related inquiries and escalations. Ensurecompliance with federal government regulations, policies, andprocedures throughout the project lifecycle. Utilize projectmanagement tools and methodologies to optimize project deliveryprocesses and enhance overall efficiency. Mentor and provideguidance to junior
project management
staff, promoting professionaldevelopment and knowledge sharing within the team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study required.
Proven experience as a Project Manager, with 8-10 years ofexperience in managing complex projects, preferably within thefederal government sector. Demonstrated expertise in contractmanagement, including experience with contract negotiation,administration, and compliance. Strong understanding of projectmanagement principles, methodologies, and best practices. Excellentcommunication skills, with the ability to effectively interact withstakeholders at all levels of theorganization. Key Skills Comunication skills,IT Skill
