Primary Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Oversee mechanical engineering aspects of projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Compliance:
Ensure all project deliverables comply with Saudi Aramco standards, codes, and specifications.
Coordination:
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution.
Documentation:
Prepare and review technical documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports.
Risk Management:
Identify and mitigate project risks by adhering to project management best practices.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Liaise with clients and stakeholders, including Saudi Aramco representatives, to ensure alignment with project objectives.
Leadership:
Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Education:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 10+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, with proven expertise in handling Saudi Aramco projects.
Standards Knowledge:
In-depth knowledge of Saudi Aramco standards and engineering practices.
Certifications:
PMP certification preferred.
Relevant technical certifications will be an added advantage.
Skills:
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in engineering software and tools relevant to the role.
