Job Title: Sales Engineer – Blinds and Shades
Job Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Identify and develop relationships with architects, designers, builders, contractors, and end customers to promote and sell blinds, shades, and other window treatment products.
Analyze customer requirements and recommend the most appropriate solutions from our product range.
Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and close sales to consistently achieve sales targets.
Technical Expertise & Product Knowledge:
Understand the technical specifications of blinds, shades, and other window treatments, including motorized and manual systems.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, emphasizing the benefits and features of our solutions.
Provide on-site consultations to assess customer needs, take accurate measurements, and suggest custom design solutions tailored to each client’s preferences.
Project Management:
Collaborate with installation and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery and installation of products.
Prepare accurate quotations, technical drawings, and detailed installation plans.
Oversee project timelines to ensure timely and successful product delivery and installation, ensuring customer satisfaction from the sale through completion.
Customer Service:
Address client queries and provide post-sales support to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
Offer guidance on product care, maintenance, and introduce additional product offerings that meet client needs.
Market Research & Reporting:
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, market conditions, and competitor activity, sharing insights with the management team.
Qualifications:
Education:
A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in window treatments, blinds, shades, or related industries.
Experience with motorized window treatments and home automation systems is a plus.
Skills:
Strong understanding of blinds, shades, and related products, including installation and customization.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in CAD software or similar tools to create technical drawings for custom solutions.
Familiarity with home automation systems and motorized blinds would be an asset.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 – AED7,500.00 per month
