Key Responsibilities
- Lead project teams to ensure assigned projects are completed within approved budget, timeline, and company business objectives.
- Develop detailed project scopes, schedules, cost estimates, and resource plans.
- Collaborate with design teams to develop project plans, specifications, procedures and engineering designs.
- Guide cross‑functional teams, review technical designs and engineering documentation.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Monitor progress, provide financial control, and ensure the quality of the project.
- Provide communication between stakeholders and ensure all necessary reviews and approvals are received.
- Ensure all deliverables adhere to industry compliance and company safety guidelines.
- Act as primary technical point of contact for stakeholders, delivering regular progress reports.
- Perform technical studies to analyze and refine project requirements.
- Assess the team and provide guidance and development to improve their capabilities.
Qualifications & Prerequisite
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
- 5–10 years of progressive project engineering experience, including Fuel stations projects.
- Project Management Professional certificate is preferred.
- Leadership, analytical problem‑solving and cross‑functional communication capabilities.
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of project management software.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to work to agreed deadlines and timescales.
- Demonstrated knowledge of health and safety guidelines.
- Ability to prioritize own time and workload.
