- Project planning: Develop and update detailed project schedules, timelines, and milestones
- Resource management: Coordinate and allocate resources, including labor, equipment, and materials, to meet project needs.
- Progress monitoring: Track daily, weekly, and monthly work progress, monitor critical activities, and prepare progress reports.
- Risk analysis: Identify, evaluate, and mitigate potential risks and delays that could impact project timelines.
- Communication: Present project plans, provide updates to management and stakeholders, and coordinate with various teams and contractors.
- Reporting: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including minutes of meetings and reports on progress and performance.
- Cost and schedule control: Establish and monitor cost and schedule baselines, and assist with budgeting.
- Quality assurance: Ensure the quality of completed work and adherence to processes and procedures.
