Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain baseline and detailed schedules using Primavera P6.
- Monitor site progress vs. baseline and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare look-ahead programs, recovery plans, and progress updates.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and S-curves for management and clients.
- Support delay analysis and EOT documentation when required.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- 7–10 years UAEplanning experience (building projects).
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 (mandatory).
- Strong reporting, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Sharjah Municipality projects is an advantage.
