Job Overview
The Telesales Manager will develop and execute sales strategies, manage a team of telesales professionals, and ensure exceptional customer engagement. This role is crucial in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement tele sales strategies to exceed department targets
Write and refine sales scripts for optimal performance
Lead, coach, and manage the tele sales team
Monitor team performance, listen to calls, and provide constructive feedback
Set and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain strong customer relationships and handle escalations
Compile and present sales performance reports to management
Qualifications and Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
Experience
Minimum seven years in telesales with a mandatory background in real estate
Skills and Competencies
Fluency in English and Arabic
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and sales analytics
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends
