Job Summary:
The Fragrance Consultant is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, providing expert advice on niche perfumes, and driving sales while maintaining a high level of brand knowledge. The consultant ensures the store meets its sales targets and upholds the brand’s image through professionalism, product expertise, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Service
Greet and engage customers in a professional and welcoming manner.
Assist customers in selecting perfumes based on their preferences and needs.
Provide expert advice on fragrance notes, longevity, and application techniques.
Demonstrate deep knowledge of the brand’s perfume collections and exclusivity.
Upsell and cross-sell complementary products such as candles, body care, or home fragrances.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge & Training
Stay updated on the latest perfume trends, new arrivals, and brand promotions.
Participate in training sessions and continuously improve knowledge of fragrance compositions and history.
Educate customers on perfume ingredients, fragrance families, and proper storage.
Store Operations & Merchandising
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
Ensure testers and displays are well-maintained and fully stocked.
Assist in stock management, replenishment, and inventory control.
Follow company policies regarding cash handling, POS transactions, and reporting.
Performance & Targets
Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
Participate in promotional events, in-store activations, and marketing campaigns.
Contribute to monthly mystery shopper evaluations and maintain high service standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED2,800.00 per month
