Technical/Core Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide technical assistance and guidelines for effective management of the networks, servers, storage, and other critical IT components.
- Assist in designing and implementing robust IT infrastructure solutions that meet Sehati requirements.
- Deploy and configure servers, storage, network devices, and other infrastructure components.
- Provide technical assistance for proactive monitoring and maintenance to ensure high availability and performance of IT systems.
- Design, configure, and manage local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and cloud-based networks.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.
- Assist in developing and implementing implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Provide technical assistance for effective backup and recovery processes to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Assist in optimizing infrastructure components to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Provide technical support to resolve infrastructure-related issues.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of infrastructure configurations, procedures, and policies.
- Prepare reports on infrastructure performance, issues, and improvements.
- Manage relationships with infrastructure vendors and service providers.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and services.

6. Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer information system, computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent.
- Preferred master's degree in business. computer information system, computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent.
- Professional qualification CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) is preferred.
Minimum Experience:
- 4 years of experience in a similar field.
