Sr. Executive – HR Jobs in Dubai at Agri venture

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including on boarding and orientation.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of employees.
- Oversee performance management and employee appraisal systems.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program in line with UAE market standards.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Organize training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and productivity.
- Prepare monthly HR reports and metrics for senior management.
- Maintain HR records and documentation in compliance with UAE labour laws.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 – AED4,500.00 per month
