Position Summary
The Sales Engineer operates at the intersection of sales and engineering. The ideal candidate can articulate technology and product positioning at various levels, support the sales process actively, and ensure customer success by strategizing with sales teams to foster commercial relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver world-class presentations and demos of our platform
Work directly with customers to troubleshoot common issues
Connect business problems with technical solutions
Understand and communicate the value propositions of our technology
Drive technical engagements to demonstrate Harness solutions’ value
About You
Deliver compelling product demonstrations that showcase value
Represent the product at events and conferences
Stay updated on technology changes and developments
Have a background in software development, Dev Ops, or related fields
Possess strong cloud knowledge and experience with infrastructure automation tools like Terraform
Respond effectively to RFIs/RFPs
Convey customer requirements to engineering teams
Be willing and able to travel within the sales territory
Work Location
Remote role, preferably based in Abu Dhabi or Dubai
