Purpose
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr. Control and Closing Engineer tojoin ourdynamicteam. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role inproject managementand execution, ensuring that all aspects are organized, coordinated, and completed in a timely manner. This position requires a strong understanding ofproject managementprinciples, excellentcommunication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively withcross-functional teams.
Key Accountability Areas
Runs construction projects from initial to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, collaborating with architects, engineers, and other professionals to determine project requirements.
Ensure compliance with all safety, legal, and regulatory standards.
Manage and supervise construction staff and subcontractors.
Oversee daily operations and ensure work is completed on schedule.
Contracts management skills with suppliers and vendors.
Strongleadershipand organizational skills with excellentcommunication skills.
Role Accountability

Required Experience:
10 years in the construction field.
• Good experience with SAP System.
• Good experience with all Microsoft Office & Power BI.
• Proficiency inproject managementsoftware.
• Strong analytical andcommunication skills.
• Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in construction projects, including residential, housing, resorts, hospitals, and real estate.
Academic Qualification
