A leading Global Consulting Firm is expanding its Assessment Consulting team and hiring for two exciting opportunities:
- Consultant – Assessments (Methodology)
- Senior Consultant – Assessments (Methodology)
This is an opportunity to work on high-impact leadership and talent assessment projects, helping organisations design and deliver world‑class assessment solutions across large-scale transformation initiatives.

Assessment Methodology Expertise
- Strong experience designing and developing behavioural assessment methodologies, competency frameworks, and leadership assessment solutions (MUST HAVE).
- Hands‑on experience creating assessment tools, case studies, role plays, simulations, and structured evaluation exercises.
- Experience building assessment centres and designing methodologies aligned with organisational and leadership capabilities.
Psychometrics & Talent Assessment
- Strong understanding of psychometric assessments, behavioural science, occupational psychology, and evidence‑based assessment practices.
Consulting & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as primary client liaison, providing weekly progress updates and presenting design recommendations.
- Quality assurance processes for assessment‑related deliverables.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and presenting assessment insights to senior leadership teams.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and report‑writing skills.
- Lead the Arabic translation quality control process, reviewing and validating all methodology documentation to ensure linguistic accuracy and cultural sensitivity.
- Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration with assessment deployment teams and data teams, ensuring communication of methodology requirements and alignment on implementation protocols.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Organisational Psychology, Occupational Psychology, Behavioural Science, Human Resources, or related disciplines.
