Stantec Qataris l ooking for a highly skilled Corporate Excellence Specialist with extensive experience in quality management, organizational excellence, and strategic planning to support a consulting project aimed at enhancing organization performance in alignment with government excellence standards.

The Corporate Excellence Specialist will be accountable for aligning organizational strategies with operational execution. This role involves overseeing the development, implementation, and assessment of performance metrics and initiatives. The specialist will collaborate closely with client department heads to optimize processes, identify key performance indicators (KPIs), and streamline efforts across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain a comprehensive performance monitoring system to track, analyze, and report on key metrics across various departments.

Refine guidelines, procedures, and documentation to meet excellence and quality standards.

Ensure that KPIs and performance targets align with the organization’s strategic objectives and business priorities.

Collaborate with clients to establish and regularly review KPIs and performance targets.

Provide actionable recommendations to enhance operational efficiency, resource allocation, and overall business performance.

Oversee the collection, validation, and analysis of performance data from various sources.

Prepare regular reports for the client executive team, highlighting trends, areas for improvement, and achievements against targets.

Suggest synergies between different departments within the client organization.

Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation based on external benchmarks and market trends.

Develop training programs for the client to enhance their understanding of KPIs and performance management best practices.

Collaborate with the risk management team to integrate performance metrics into the overall risk assessment process.

Ensure adherence to relevant regulatory frameworks, government excellence standards, and industry best practices.

Evaluate and help with the implementation of performance management tools and technologies to streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.

Collaborate with IT and other relevant departments to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, ICT, economics, or a related field.

10 to 15 years of experience in performance management, corporate excellence, or strategic planning.

Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

Strong knowledge of excellence models and government award frameworks.

Preferably a certified EFQM assessor.

ISO 9001 Internal or Lead Auditor certification is a plus.

Proven skills in project management, data analysis, and strategic reporting.

Understanding of industry-specific performance trends and benchmarks.

Knowledge of corporate governance principles pertinent to performance evaluation.

Advanced proficiency in performance management software and analytical tools.
