Sr. Business Development Executive-FM & Retrofit Services Jobs in Dubai at Green Gaia Technical Services
We are looking for an experienced Male/Female Business Development Executive with a strong client network in Facility Management (FM), HVAC, Retrofit Works, Painting, Waterproofing, MEP Maintenance, and Building Services.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales/business development experience in FM, HVAC, retrofit, painting, waterproofing, or related construction services.
- Strong existing client base and relationships with property management companies, facility management firms, contractors, consultants, and developers.
- Proven track record in generating new business and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up on tenders.
- UAE market experience preferred.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Generate leads for FM services, HVAC maintenance, retrofit projects, painting, waterproofing, and related services.
- Identify new business opportunities and secure contracts.
- Coordinate with operations and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
