Account Manager (Outsourcing Firm)
Responsibilities:
Manage a large headcount of outsourced employees, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with SLAs.
Act as the primary liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams, addressing concerns and optimizing service delivery.
Oversee workforce performance, contract management, onboarding, and payroll coordination with vendors.
Handle client escalations, drive process improvements, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Analyze workforce trends, generate reports, and identify opportunities for account expansion.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
4-8 years of experience inaccount management within an outsourcing, staffing, or workforce solutions company.
Proven ability to managelarge-scale outsourced employees (1500+)and handlevendor and client relationships.
Expertise in Blue collar OR white Collar is fine.
Strongleadership,problem-solving, andcommunication skills.
Proficiency inMS Office, HRIS, and workforce management systems.
Compensation: AED 8,000 to 13,000 + standard benefits.
