Scope of Work & Responsibilities
Conducting product & concerned market research regularly(NON FERROUS Metals).
Sourcing new customers in the form of individuals, companies, factories & corporates.
Negotiating prices, contracts & other commercial terms to the best of ability.
Going of stock inspection as when needed.
Understanding business needs & engaging with stakeholders to meet their priorities and requirements.
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
Ensuring fulfillment of contracts and on time deliveries.
Support and assist line managers as and when required.
Attending training for self-growth and product knowledge enhancement.
Adhering to SOPs of the organization.
Looking for good experience and knowledge in Non-Ferrous metals.
Good market knowledge and LME and hedging understanding.
Requirement
Excellent knowledge of Metal Scrap industry.
Performing global market survey.
Maintaining relationship with customers.
Participation in tenders and attending negotiation meetings.
Ready to travel and ensuring Sales/Purchase growth.
Qualifications
08-12 years of experience in relevant field (Metal Scrap and trading).
MBA / bachelor’s degree in Sales or Business-related field.
Strong negotiation skills.
Flexible to work.
Working Knowledge of SAP/MS office
