Key Responsibilities
Deliver complex and professional spray and painting works, not limited to painting, polishing and repairs to assets, vehicles and furniture, to meet the Stakeholder requirements and expectations and in accordance to standard operating procedures, specifications and standards best practice in order to accomplish high standard of works.
Perform maintenance, renovations and painting works, not limited to sanding, sealing, repairing, polishing of all surfaces and all related works, in accordance to the Stakeholder requirements.
Read and understand technical material data sheets, assess the required products, to confirm suitability and correct ness for the successful delivery of the project.
Responsible to use material carefully, to advert wastage and optimise it accordingly.
Deliver the manufactured product for the next process to be successfully completed.
Ensuring the end product is safe for usage and meets the Stakeholders requirements.
Provide suitable alternatives when site constraints are encountered.
Responsible to assist in identifying suitable material to be ordered in advance in order for purchase requisition processing to ensure materials are received promptly and accurately.
Inspect materials to ensure they meet the desired specification, quantity and free of defects.
Identify the correct and approved solvents and consumables for the successful application of the product to ensure asset reliability and free of defects.
Be able to operate complex spray painting equipment and machinery to deliver the end result, meeting the Stakeholders expectations.
Responsible to colour match paint accordingly, to ensure colour matching and compatibility.
Manage stock levels within an agreed quantity to ensure project timelines are met and material wastage minimized.
Coordinate and interface with all disciplines to ensure proper execution of assigned task and requirements are met.
Monitortools and equipmentavailability to avert unsafe working conditions and ensure equipment reliability.
Works in accordance with company standard operating procedures, methods statements, risk assessments and safety procedures ensuring timelines are met to the highestquality workmanship.

Qualification
High School Qualification with Minimum 1 year of job-related experience.
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with No prior job-related work experience.
Previous experience in complex spray painting works essential.
Experience in setting-up and operating advanced painting equipment.
Previous experience in all sorts of painting techniques.
