Dear Candidate,
We are currently hiring a Female Massage Therapist to join our spa team in Dubai.
Salary: AED 3000-4000 per month + Attractive Commission
Benefits: Employment Visa Provided
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform professional massage treatments, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Thai, Aromatherapy, Hot Stone, Sports Massage, and Reflexology.
- Assess clients’ needs and recommend suitable treatments.
- Actively promote and sell massage packages, spa memberships, and retail products.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize commission opportunities.
- Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
- Handle reception duties, including appointments, customer inquiries, billing, and payments.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, professionalism, and customer service.
Requirements:
- Valid DHA Massage Therapist License or eligibility to obtain one.
- Proven experience as a professional massage therapist.
- Strong sales, upselling, and customer service skills.
- Experience achieving sales targets is preferred.
- Ability to manage front desk and reception responsibilities.
- Good communication skills in English; Thai, Vietnamese, or Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and a team-oriented approach.
