We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Real Estate Administrator to support our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, a deep understanding of the UAE real estate market, and knowledge of developer tie-ups. .

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations of real estate.
Maintain accurate property listings and update them on relevant online platforms.
Coordinate with developers and assist in managing developer partnerships and tie-ups.
Prepare tenancy contracts , sales agreements and other real estate documents.
Handle client inquiries, property viewings, and sales transactions.
Ensure all real estate transactions comply with UAE laws and regulations.
Assist in market research and competitor analysis.
Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including social media, online ads, and SEO optimization for property listings
Assist in creating engaging content to promote properties and services online

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in real estate administration in the UAE
Strong knowledge of the local real estate market, property regulations, and developer relationships.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
Experience with digital marketing strategies, including social media management, SEO, and online advertising.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
