Sponsorship Manager

We are looking for a driven and well-connected Sponsorship & Partnerships Manager to help grow our commercial partnerships across the GCC.

Our company specializes in Skydiving, Air Sports, and Adventure Experiences.

– Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential sponsors and strategic partners.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with brands and decision-makers.

• Present sponsorship opportunities and customized partnership packages.

• Lead negotiations and close sponsorship agreements.

• Work closely with our team to ensure successful sponsor activation.

• Develop a strong pipeline of potential partners across different industries.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sponsorship sales, partnerships, or business development.

• Strong network within the GCC market is highly preferred.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

• Passion for sports, aviation, adventure, or events is a plus.
