Role Description
The Sponsorship & Exhibition Sales Manager will play a key role in driving revenue through sponsorship and exhibition sales for Aldrich's premier conferences and events in the energy sector. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, securing sponsorships, managing accounts, and meeting sales targets. The role involves engaging with high-profile clients and industry leaders to promote Aldrich’s events and deliver tailored sponsorship solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sponsorship Sales and New Business Development
- Expertise in Lead Generation and proactive sales processes
- Strong skills in Sales and Account Management
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities
- Demonstrated understanding of the energy industry and event-based sales
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
