We’re Hiring! Speech and Language Pathologist (Bilingual: Arabic/English)
Jumpstart Center for People with Disabilities is looking for a Speech and Language Pathologist to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This position is open to candidates both locally and internationally. If you’re passionate about helping children with disabilities thrive, we’d love to hear from you!
Requirements:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Speech Therapy (Master’s degree preferred)
Minimum 3 years of experience
Fluent in Arabic and English
Experience working with children with disabilities
Key Responsibilities:
Work in a multidisciplinary team alongside Occupational Therapists, ABA therapists, and educators
Assess and provide individualized therapy plans for children with speech, language, and communication disorders
Organize and manage a caseload effectively, ensuring timely intervention
Write detailed reports on assessments, progress, and therapy recommendations
Collaborate with families to provide guidance and home strategies
Stay updated with evidence-based therapy techniques

Ability to adapt therapy strategies to each child’s needs
Excellent time management and organizational skills
