Role Description:
This full-time Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP) position at Ability Center in Riyadh, supporting children and adolescents with diverse speech, language, and communication needs. Services are offered in-center, through home-based visits, and via teletherapy.
The SLP will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized goals, and deliver evidence-based, family-centered intervention. As part of a multidisciplinary team, the SLP will collaborate with families through education and coaching. Mentorship and professional development will support clinical growth and ensure holistic, high-quality care.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Speech and Language Pathology (or Communication Sciences & Disorders)
* Active license with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS)
* Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary, family-centered team
* Strong interest in working with autistic children, children with ADHD, and other developmental differences
* Openness to learning, reflection, and professional growth under mentorship and supervision
* Previous clinical experience with neurodiverse children and adolescents is an advantage
* Knowledge of Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) systems is an advantage; candidates eager to develop their AAC skills are encouraged to apply
