Job Summary:
The Specification Manager is responsible for securing Hueck’s aluminum systems in project specifications, ensuring vendor listing with key industry stakeholders, and supporting sales and marketing efforts. This role involves technical consultation, project coordination, and industry networking to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Specification & Business Development:
Develop and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, developers, contractors, and government departments to promote Hueck’s aluminum systems.
Ensure Hueck is listed as a vendor for façade works across all major industry stakeholders.
Identify and secure specifications in major construction projects.
Provide technical assistance for project specifications and design needs.
2. Technical Support & Consultation:
Provide technical advice and product recommendations to clients.
Conduct presentations and training sessions for architects, consultants, and developers.
Work with R&D and engineering teams to develop project-specific solutions.
3. Project Coordination & Compliance:
Track specification-related projects from design to execution.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and sustainability requirements.
Coordinate with sales and execution teams to support project implementation.
4. Marketing & Lead Generation:
Generate qualified leads through marketing and specification activities.
Organize seminars and workshops for key stakeholders.
Manage digital marketing content and updates related to aluminum façade systems.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements.
5. Exhibitions & Budgeting:
Suggest annual exhibition lists relevant to Hueck’s business.
Prepare an annual budget for potential projects that can be invoiced within the same year.
Prepare reports and presentations on marketing performance and specification management activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years in aluminum systems, façades, or building envelope solutions.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of aluminum profiles, curtain walls, doors, windows, and industry standards.
Communication Skills: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
Languages: Proficiency in English (Arabic or other regional languages is a plus).
Work Location & Travel:
Based in U.A.E
Occasional travel for client visits, industry events, and project meetings.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED14,000.00 – AED15,000.00 per month
