Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook Pide and Lahmacun according to traditional recipes and high standards. Develop and refine recipes to enhance flavor, texture, and presentation. Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented in accordance with restaurant standards and customer expectations. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following health and safety regulations. Manage inventory and order supplies as needed to ensure the availability of fresh ingredients.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and
effective communication
. Train and mentor junior kitchen staff on preparation techniques and best practices. Keep
up-to-date
with food trends and continually seek opportunities to innovate and improve menu offerings.
Qualifications Proven experience as a Chef specializing in Pide and Lahmacun or similar roles. In-depth knowledge of traditional Turkish cooking techniques and ingredients. Strong
culinary skills
with the ability to create high-quality and visually appealing dishes. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to work in a
fast-paced environment
and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Knowledge of
food safety
and sanitation regulations.
Passion for cooking and commitment to delivering exceptional food experiences. Culinary degree or relevant certifications preferred but not required.
