Role

Purpose

Assisting the clinical team to achieve clinical targets, patient targets, and customer satisfaction for the assigned therapies and/or medical products.

Job Accountabilities & Activities

Assisting Sales team in achieving their goals and targets.

Support clinical team with day-to-day activities and support patients on deliveries/product mix.

Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages from patients and clinical coordinators, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, and arranging delivery dates.

Developing and maintaining filing systems to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information when required.

Meet customer needs as the first contact & company representative.

Assist clinical team with business-related tasks.

Create networks with HCO’s Purchasing, Head of Department, and PD unit.

Follow-up with patient requirements (Supply and Delivery).

Responsible for forecasting account’s stocks and sharing with management.

Education

& Certifications

Bachelor Degree in Business Admin or related field.

Required Years of Experience

2-3 years of experience in relevant field.
