With a growing presence in top hotels, restaurants, and major events across the UAE, we’re expanding rapidly and looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, cultivating strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a proactive approach to sales strategy, excellent communication skills, and a passion for health-conscious products.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand YALA Kombucha’s B2B and B2C client base.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including hotels, cafes, restaurants, wellness clubs, and retail partners.
Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and product tastings to showcase YALA Kombucha offerings.
Collaborate with marketing and production teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent the brand.
Requirements:
Proven track record in sales, preferably within the food and beverage or hospitality industry.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans.
Valid UAE driver’s license and willingness to travel within the UAE.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Pay: AED8,000.00 – AED12,000.00 per month
