Turnkey GT/GTG/ST/STG/ Long-Term Service Agreements (LTSAs), Long-Term Maintenance Agreements (LTMAs), Long-Term Manpower Supply (LTMSAs) and Long-Term Part-Supply Agreements (LTPSAs)
On-Site Intervention Services (OSIS) – Spark Erosion; in-situ valve repairs; on-site machining (CNC and Rotor Lathe); low speed balancing;
Trevi-Testing
On site Surface Preparation – ice blasting, coating and curing of Compressor parts (blades/vanes) with Aluminum Chromate coatings
In-house Re-Engineering and Design team.
Job Objective
Lead and manage projects with responsibility for all operational, Technical, financial, customer and employee strategy for the duration of the project. Responsible for ensuring project is planned, managed, financially controlled and all stakeholders are involved, communicated with, progress is evaluated, changes are implemented, and reports submitted as the needs of the project require.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for the P&L, budget, and commercial responsibility of the project, including cash flow and collection. Developing and delivering budgets in line with forecasts and expectations.
Ensure compliance with all Company Policies. Particular attention is drawn to the requirement to manage operational delivery in accordance with the Companies Safety Rules.
Management of the project, processes, and procedures to achieve right first time andcustomer satisfaction.
Understanding contracts to read, interpret and implement appropriate controls utilising support from the management and Commercial team as required.
Oversee the end-to-end execution of the project by monitoring daily progress against the plan, resolving escalated issues, and managing plant stakeholders / contracted service providers to ensure the work is completed as per the work control procedures, HSSE and quality standards.
Seeking out and developing new and existing business opportunities, generating quotations, and delivering opportunities to tender.
Proactively manage costs & improve efficiency to increase project performance and profitability.
Take lead role in all HR activities within the profit centres, coaching and developing the workforce ensuring quality,health and safety standardsare maintained in accordance with company policies and relevant legislation.
Define the project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders ensuring technical feasibility andresource allocation.
Proficient in preparing detailed reports of onsite intervention activities, providing technical expertise, identifying issues, and offering solutions, including job completion and any further recommendations.
