We are looking for an office boy/girl for our offices located in JLT with computer skills and good communication skills. The candidate must be presentable with previous experience in the same role.
Working hours are 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM (with 1 hour Lunch break) from Monday to Friday & Saturday (Flexible Timings)
Major responsibilities would include cleaning the office and serving tea/coffee/juice to the CEO and the guests that visit him. Experience in preparing and serving beverages will be desired.
Organize and control kitchen and office material storage, keeping track of material consumption. Answers the telephone if necessary. Monitoring the use of the equipment and Grocery supplies within the office.
Must have a minimum 2+ years relevant experience as an Office boy. Good communication skills in English. Jolly and trustworthy personality. Any educational qualification is preferred Can join immediately, Flexibility and Adaptability are required.
