Search Plus HR is seeking an experienced Specialist Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to join a leading private sector practice. This role provides an excellent opportunity for a dedicated surgeon to apply their expertise in a patient-focused, private healthcare environment. The successful candidate will handle complex surgical cases relating to the oral cavity, jaws, and facial structures, providing exceptional surgical care and personalized treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose patients presenting with various oral and maxillofacial conditions.
- Perform advanced surgical procedures including dental implants, orthognathic surgeries, and trauma reconstructions.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including dentists, anesthetists, and medical specialists.
- Deliver comprehensive pre-operative consultations and detailed post-operative care and follow-up.
- Maintain detailed and accurate medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Continuously update clinical skills and knowledge through professional development and training.
Qualifications and
Experience:
- Relevant dental or medical degree with specialized training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
- Completion of an accredited residency or registrar program in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
- Board certification or recognition as a Specialist Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon.
- Proven surgical experience in a private sector setting is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on patient-centered care.
- Ability to work autonomously and within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
