Job Summery
Responsible for testing ingredients and finished products to ensure from implementation of HACP correct composition and Control of all factors which may be effect on the safety of food, identify any health or quality control issues that need to be corrected. He or she will also participate in the R&D aspects of the job.
Job Description
• Perform laboratory tests in order to produce reliable and precise data to support HACCP evaluation & scientific investigations.
• Carry out routine tasks accurately and following strict methodologies to carry out analyses.
• Record, and sent the results after approved from lab management.
• Receive, label, Prepare and analysis samples (ready to eat food, raw material, water etc.)
• Design and execute laboratory testing according to standard procedures & ISO 17025 requirement, make observations.
• Conduct experiments under defined conditions to verify/reject various types of hypotheses using refined scientific methods.
• Organize and store all chemicals substances, media and glass ware according to safety instructions.
• Record all data and results in specified forms (paper and electronic) with accuracy and responsibility.
• Maintain equipment and assist in ordering laboratory supplies.
• Ensure that all safety guidelines are followed strictly at all times and maintain a clean and orderly environment.
• To prepare all Hygiene Complaints investigation Reports.
