Learning Management System (LMS)

Upload and Maintain Courses:
Ensure training courses are correctly uploaded to the LMS, troubleshooting any issues that arise during the process.

Track Course Performance:
Monitor the usage and completion rates of online courses and make improvements based on learner feedback and analytics.

Update Content:
Regularly review and update training materials to ensure they remain current and in line with any changes in policy, or best practices.

Ongoing Support:
Provide support and guidance to learners navigating LMS and accessing training resources.

Trainer Development and Coordination

Collaborate with SMEs:
Work with subject matter experts to develop and validate training content, ensuring accuracy of information.

Provide Support:
Offer guidance and support to other trainers in delivering sessions.

Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement

Maintain Training Standards:
Ensure all training materials and delivery methods align with the company’s standards for quality and effectiveness.

Gather Feedback:
Collect post-training feedback to assess the impact and areas for improvement in both content and delivery methods.
