Responsibilities
- Supports in the training needs analysis, in line with the approved organizational strategy, its applications for each function, growth plans and future capability requirements.
- Supports in the execution of the learning strategy for all employees with and provides program management support for all courses rolled out in the bank.
- Implements on-the-job training techniques and methods in the organization to enable experiential learning among employees.
- Liaises with external trainers or training vendors at a local, regional and global level to provide best in class training in line with international standards to all Company s employees.
- Establishes and drives maintenance of platforms for knowledge sharing at an organisation-wide level, such as seminars, sharing best practices or top team forums to foster a culture around institutionalizing learning and capability development and at the Company.
- Executes learning policies and processes including a Mandatory Learning Curriculum.
- Establishes and operates evaluation and follow-up processes in order to measure and document the quality and effectiveness of training content, trainers, methods employed etc. in an objective manner and to undertake actions.
