Position: Â Application Performance Specialist
What You’ll Do:
Monitor key metrics like response times, error rates, and reliability to meet SLA/SLO targets.
Identify and resolve bottlenecks and optimize application performance across the development lifecycle.
Collaborate withcross-functional teamson RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and integrate APM tools to drive efficiency.
Provide performance insights, recommend proactive solutions, and stay updated with the latest trends in application performance.
What We’re Looking For:
8+ years of experience in application performance monitoring, troubleshooting, oroptimizationin IT operations or command center environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
Hands-on experiencewith APM platforms, microservices, and distributed systems.
Strong understanding of SLA/SLO metrics and expertise in high-performance application architecture.
Bonus Skills:
Analytical prowess to interpret performance data and resolve root causes.
Experience with capacity planning, automation tools, andmoderndevelopment practices like CI/CD.
