The job holder shall be responsible for developing processes for accurate data collection, modeling, reporting, and analysis to provide meaningful insights on data sets. The role ensures data accuracy and consistent reporting by designing and creating optimal processes and procedures for analytics.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Ensure data management policies regarding protection and data security are followed.
Manage data expiry practices and establish processes for data archival and expiry.
Manage data collection and determine the sample size for research studies.
Maintain dashboards to visualize data.
Update computer data file structures, programs, and maintain complex statistical databases.
Assist in developing and monitoring performance plans and systems for gathering, reporting, and analyzing performance data for project impact and sustainability.
Develop analytical reports for stakeholders across departments.
Prepare training materials for senior management.
Ensure data accuracy and compliance with policies and processes.
Draw conclusions and make recommendations based on data analysis.
Perform other duties as needed to meet organizational requirements.
Required Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Public Health, Health Economics, Health Informatics, or related healthcare field. A Master’s degree in a related field is preferred. Existing job holders are exempt from the educational requirements.
Required Experience:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in health economics, strategy, analytics, and management is preferred. Alternatively, a Master’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
