Job Purpose:
To ensure all food operations comply with food safety regulations and company standards, protecting customers, employees, and the organization from food safety risks.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily food handling, storage, preparation, and serving practices.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, hygiene standards, and local regulations.
- Conduct routine inspections of kitchens, equipment, and suppliers.
- Lead food safety training and awareness for operations staff.
- Manage temperature control, sanitation, pest control, and waste processes.
- Investigate incidents and complaints and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain food safety records, checklists, and audit reports.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/bachelor’s in food science, Nutrition, or related field.
- HACCP or Food Safety certification.
- Proficient in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- No prior experience required.
- Eligible for Tamheer Program.
